We’re pleased to announce UK University Search’s Virtual Early Spring Activities, designed to help students figure out their post-18 options from the safety of home. Our FREE events allow students, teachers, and parents to virtually meet with universities, colleges, and apprenticeship providers from around the UK.
We will be holding a virtual event in January, designed to help students explore their local and national options, allowing them to meet with a wide range of universities, colleges and apprenticeship providers from around the UK.
In February the virtual interactive event Meet The Russell Group will allow students to speak directly with all 24 Russell Group Universities and attend 13 webinars and Q&A sessions.
We will also be hosting three new exciting warm up webinars to help students who are interested in applying for Russell Group Universities, allowing them to find out more about the application process and how they can make the most of the Meet The Russell Group event in February.
Lockdown doesn’t mean you can’t explore your post-18 options, our virtual events allow Year 11, 12 & 13 students to get all the information they need from the safety of home. Students will be able to visit exhibition stands and chat to representatives from a wide range of universities including Russell Group, red brick, modern, and specialist universities, along with local and national apprenticeship providers and colleges. There will also be 10 live webinars on a wide range of topics such as UCAS personal statements and apprenticeships, followed by Q&A sessions.

Meet The Russell Group Virtual Event
Join us in February for Meet The Russell Group, a free virtual event in association with UK University Search. This interactive experience will allow you to explore all 24 Russell Group universities and speak directly with their representatives and ambassadors, and take part in 13 live webinars led by Russell Group universities.

Aimed at year 12 students, the Embarking On University Research webinar will focus on how students can start to research universities and university courses to narrow down their options. The webinar is followed by a short Q&A session with the panelists.
Exams and University Admissions - Wednesday 3rd February - 12:00
The Exams and University Admissions webinar is aimed at year 13 students (Year 14 Northern Ireland & S6 Scotland) who have submitted their UCAS applications. The panel will cover what happens next, receiving offers, and what to do if your results aren't as expected. The panel will also discuss how universities are reacting to the cancellation of exams and how they are supporting students who've faced disruptions to teaching. The webinar is followed by a short Q&A session with the panelists.
Student Life at Russell Group Universities - Monday 8th February - 16:30
This webinar will be led by current students at Russell Group Universities as they share insights into what life at university is like, discussing their applications, studying, and looking for employment. The webinar is followed by a short Q&A session with the panelists.
The webinars will also be live-streamed onto our YouTube Channel and will be available to view after the event.
