We have two campuses at Bournemouth University – Talbot and Lansdowne.

Our great teaching is complemented by industry-standard facilities and support. We offer fantastic collaborative working spaces. Laptops you can borrow by the hour. Beach hut themed Technobooths and well-stocked libraries for getting assignments done, and after a long day you can relax on our rooftop cafes to help you wind down.

There are over 100 undergraduate degrees on offer, from 17 different subject areas. Many of our courses are accredited by the leading professional bodies allowing our graduates to gain an internationally recognised and industry-proven qualification.

Our outstanding academics come from across the world. They are specialists in their field and enthusiastic about their subjects. Many are at the forefront of current research and starting from the first week, academics often bring in guest lecturers and employers, working with many individual service users, carers and local organisations to contribute to lectures.

You'll have the chance to guide your own development with optional units, work placements, research opportunities and a host of other extracurricular activities. You'll be supported inside and outside of the lecture theatre as you tailor your time at BU to be everything that you want it to be.

Our courses are designed with your employability in mind. Securing work and professional experience as part of your degree can make all the difference in the competitive job market. We’ve got industry contacts and career-enhancing opportunities you’ll need to stand out.

We work closely with employers, practitioners and professional organisations. With placement options available on every undergraduate course, we pride ourselves on supporting our students to gain real experience and develop the skills employers seek.
